
»ÆÉ«²Ö¿â’s Digital and Technology Directorate will launch Ask Tech, a chatbot integrated directly into Microsoft Teams later this month.
Ask Tech complements »ÆÉ«²Ö¿â’s current services by providing staff and students with a quick, additional source of information about their IT queries.
The system operates around the clock, which is particularly useful for getting help outside standard office hours.

The new chatbot forms part of the university’s Digital Transformation Strategy, which aims to deliver modern, digitally inclusive approaches.
Ask Tech will be continuously developed with enhancements based on user feedback. We will share further details about how to access the service closer to the launch date.
