I joined »ÆÉ«²Ö¿â in February 2015, after working for a number of years in the voluntary sector in a variety of information, project and development roles.

As a member of »ÆÉ«²Ö¿â’s Research Services Directorate, I also work closely with Library and Learning Services, to implement »ÆÉ«²Ö¿â’s policies on open access and research data management. 

My role involves training and supporting researchers in making their publications and data open access. Currently I am project-managing the development of »ÆÉ«²Ö¿â’s research data management infrastructure and support.

Working together with colleagues in Library and Learning Services, we have updated »ÆÉ«²Ö¿â’s Open Access policy, and put in place a training, support and reporting service for »ÆÉ«²Ö¿â researchers and management on open access, including funder and REF compliance.
