Molly achieved a first-class degree in BSc Environmental Management with Business, followed by a master’s with distinction in Social Research Methods at Southampton. She continued at Southampton as a researcher, investigating how environmental psychology can be utilised at organisational and individual levels to tackle climate change. During this time, Molly also worked with the higher education charity The Brilliant Club and remains an advocate for equitable and inclusive education. Molly secured a position as a Teaching Fellow in Sustainability in January 2024, with responsibilities including delivering interdisciplinary content to undergraduate and postgraduate students across geography and environmental science programmes and supporting students as a personal tutor and dissertation supervisor.
